Isabel Sapriel
Isabel Sapriel founded Good Work Strategies to help organizations unlock both performance and well-being by training the human skills that drive results in a changing world.
Isabel is a senior business leader with over 15 years of experience helping employees do Good Work. She began her career as an appointee in the Obama Administration and as a non-profit leader before earning her MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. Isabel went on to lead employee engagement for Whole Foods Market’s 100,000 employees and pioneered data-driven approaches to understanding the employee experience in the technology sector. By combining her business acumen, employee engagement expertise, and mindfulness training, Isabel founded Good Work Strategies to improve the way we work, live, and give.
